Cara is a filmmaker, director, actress, writer, and strength athlete.
Her directorial feature debut, Werewolf Game (Tony Todd, Robert Picardo, Lydia Hearst) is in post-production. She writes and produces genre film with her creative partner, Jackie Payne, under their company, Sunstrike Pictures. They have produced a web series (Asher), short films, a feature film (Werewolf Game, which they jointly directed), and have built a catalogue of original narrative film IP.
Cara is an American national champion in the sport of strongwoman (160 lbs class, 3rd place, 2020, SC; 165 lbs class, 3rd place, 2018 USS), and has written about strength sports and self-development as a contributor for BarBend.com since 2016.
